By downloading videos from this website, you explicitly agree to the Terms of Use of this website as follows:

1. All videos on the Ivoclar Vivadent website and the Ivoclar Vivadent YouTube profile are protected by copyright and/or trademark law.
2. Ivoclar Vivadent permits the use, publishing or reproduction of these videos exclusively by Ivoclar Vivadent dealers, dental laboratories and dentists for their advertising and presentation activities in digital media in connection with the sales of Ivoclar Vivadent products. The use of the videos hereunder does not entitle the user to act as a legal representative or agent of Ivoclar Vivadent. The videos must be used in their original condition as found on the database and must not be altered or completed or used in combination with any other trademarks or logos. The pictures must contain the source reference: "Video: Ivoclar Vivadent".
3. The type of use specified in section 2 is free of charge and does not require permission. Any use that goes beyond this is not permitted, unless Ivoclar Vivadent has provided a written permission.
4. Ivoclar Vivadent reserves the right to revoke the right of use for any reason, in which case the user undertakes to refrain from using the videos in question with immediate effect. Claims for damages on the part of the user are excluded.
5. In case of violation of the conditions set forth in this agreement, Ivoclar Vivadent may require the user to recall, retract, rectify or completely refrain from distributing any materials that feature the videos at his/her own expense. Furthermore, Ivoclar Vivadent reserves the right to claim compensation for damages.
6. The data provided have been prepared to the best of our knowledge. However, Ivoclar Vivadent shall not be held liable for errors in these data and system errors resulting from such errors. Furthermore, Ivoclar Vivadent shall not be held liable if rights of third parties are violated by the use of the pictures and logos.
7. These Terms of Use and this database shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The competent Court of Jurisdiction shall be the court of the City of Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein.
