January 2020 – DSO VIP Event, WorldWebForum Zurich

In January we hosted our first VIP DSO Event for our valued customers and business partners from DSO groups at the WorldWebForum in Zurich, the event was focused around leadership, digital innovation and future collaboration. The event was a resounding success and very inspirational for everyone involved.

March 2020 – DSO Clinical Meeting

We were due to host our first annual DSO Clinical Director meeting in Schaan which has unfortunately been cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions; However, we are working on online topics and will reschedule in the future. Please check website for updates, we will also announce new dates once it is safe to do so.

Key results from a customer survey we ran at the end of March which we sent to Clinical Directors from DSOs

100% of Clinical Directors indicated it is ‘Very Important’ for products to be delivered with training & education
50% commented E-learning was in the Top 3 things they wish from Ivoclar Vivadent during these times

April 2020 – Survey Key Statistics

Following on from our survey in March we have hosted our online DSO specific webinars and trained over 270 DSO customers with excellent feedback.

Moved to online - IES 2020
